Remote Hydrolight makes its own ELC that controls the electricity for synchronized alternators. It sends the excess electricity to a water heater.  Before an analog control was made, but now a digital control is manufactured.  Today the analog control has become obsolete.
 Previously an analog control was developed and used by the industry.  As of December 2009 the digital control has been adopted by the industry.
